When we send you a proof, please review all names, spelling, dates, photos, cropping, and placement carefully. Let us know if anything needs to change before giving final approval.
Your final approval authorizes us to print the design as shown in your approved proof. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may require an additional charge. Errors present in an approved proof are not eligible for a free reprint. If we make a printing error that differs from your approved design, please contact us so we can make it right.
Proofs show the intended design and layout. Because screens vary in brightness and color settings, and printed materials reproduce colors differently, we cannot guarantee an exact color match between your screen and the finished product. If a particular color is important, please discuss it with us before approving your design.
